The University of Ottawa’s summer math camp is the largest and most diverse of the 23 math camps sponsored by the Canadian Mathematical Society (CMS). Launched in 1999, our bilingual (English and French) summer camp was the first math camp backed by the CMS.

The Common Law Section is celebrating the induction of two of our own into the prestigious Order of Canada. On June 30, Mary Simon, Governor General of Canada, announced 85 new appointments to the Order of Canada.

On Saturday June 10, 2023, the Faculty of Science’s Spring Convocation Ceremony was a momentous occasion that celebrated the achievements of over 800 faculty students.

Accomplished Common Law alum Ajmal Pashtoonyar, LLB ’09, has dedicated his life to advocating for human rights and advancing the principles of international law.
