Tabaret Hall, a large four-storey building with two basements and five wings, serves as an administration hub for the University of Ottawa. The building was given its name in 1971 to honour Father Joseph-Henri Tabaret, OMI, considered the 鈥渂uilder鈥 of the institution since it was under his leadership that Bytown College officially became a university. Tabaret Hall is the location of, among other things, the Registrar鈥檚 office, Human Resources, InfoService, Financial Services, Information Technology, and the office suites of the central administration.
