May 2025: Sexual Violence Prevention Month
Throughout the month of May, help us prevent sexual violence on our campus. Whether you鈥檙e a student, a professor or a support staff member, everything you do counts.
Here鈥檚 how you can get involved:
Attend the 鈥淪upport, Prevent and Take Action: Sexual Violence on Our Campus鈥 workshop. Held virtually by the Sexual Violence Prevention and Response Team, this workshop will help you better understand the reality of sexual violence at 91精品黑料吃瓜 and learn how everyone in our community can do their part to prevent incidents and support survivors.

鈥 May 14, noon to 1 p.m.Review Policy 67b 鈥 Prevention of Sexual Violence to learn your rights, your responsibilities and our services and processes.
Take the mandatory online training on sexual violence prevention for professors and support staff, if you haven鈥檛 already.
Discover our brand-new online training, 鈥淭ogether, let鈥檚 build a culture of consent on campus,鈥 designed for 91精品黑料吃瓜 students.

- Follow the Sexual Violence Prevention and Response Team on !
- Start the conversation with those around you: come together and learn about your rights, your responsibilities, ways bystanders can intervene and available resources. Having the proper tools and preparation can make all the difference if you witness an incident or if someone discloses an incident to you.
- Request training for your team by reaching out to the Human Rights Office. The Sexual Violence Prevention and Response Team is available to deliver training that鈥檚 customized to your needs.
- Attend an activity or training run by one of our community partners:

- (In honor of National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls)

Mobilizing the Bystanders Workshops
The Human Rights Office Sexual Violence Prevention and Response team is offering this in-person workshop to equip members of the University community to recognize the warning signs of sexual violence, act as active bystanders and respond effectively to disclosures of sexual violence.
This workshop is aimed at the entire University community, including students, professors and staff.
