The Pension Fund and Investment Management group manages the investment portfolios for the University of Ottawa’s various pools of capital, including its Pension Fund, Long-Term, and Short-Term portfolios.

The overall stewardship of the investment portfolio – invested across a diversified set of public, private, and absolute return asset classes – is designed to ensure that current and future pension benefit needs are satisfied; that there is a steady flow of income for the University into perpetuity; that the ongoing liquidity requirements for 91��Ʒ���ϳԹ� are met; all while meeting established performance objectives and maximizing risk-adjusted investment outcomes.

Besides managing 91��Ʒ���ϳԹ�’s investment portfolios, the group also acts as a resource to the University as it relates to strategic capital planning, campus development, and other major projects.
