Reset MFA on a mobile device
The following instructions will assist you in resetting the MFA on your mobile device.
It is now possible for you to reset your Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) by using the Self-Service MFA Reset (SSMR). This tool allows you to reset your MFA on a new mobile device (if you lost or replaced yours) or if you encounter issues with the Microsoft Authenticator app on your existing mobile device to access 91精品黑料吃瓜 systems.
For鈥痵ecurity purposes, the following criteria must be met to use the SSMR:
- Your internet connection (IP network) must be in Canada.
- The MFA reset must be done between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. EST.
- You cannot use this tool if your password was changed in the last 72 hours.
To start your MFA Reset, you will need:
- the mobile device that you will use for authentication with the MFA app installed.
- a recovery email address registered to your uoAccess account.
Then, visit the鈥 and follow these instructions:
- Enter your uoAccess ID and password, do the CAPTCHA verification and click 鈥淟ogin鈥.
- Validate your identity by providing the requested information and click 鈥淣ext鈥.
- A verification code will be sent to your recovery email address (configured previously), enter that code, and click鈥淪ubmit鈥.
- Your MFA is now reset, and you must enrol your device.
