- Éloïse Ouellet-Décoste will speak on The United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples and its impact on Canadian Law
- Florence Robert will explore the Dickson v. Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation Supreme Court Judgement in regards to reconciling individual rights guaranteed by the Charter with the collective rights and freedoms of Indigenous peoples
