Training and other resources for your safety

The resources below offer training on mental health awareness and intervention to help you learn to identify and respond to members of the community who might be experiencing distress, as well as resources on occupational health and safety.

The program is for everyone! Take the course to learn about various mental health issues and how to support people around you who may be living with mental health concerns.

How it works

It takes about 30 minutes to read the material and to complete the quiz. In addition to the course, the website also offers resources such as fact sheets on various mental health issues, a video library and lists of resources for each institution.

More Feet On The Ground is a project by the , which is funded by the Ontario Government. It is backed by partners such as the Canadian Mental Health Association 鈥 Ontario, the Council of Ontario Universities and the Ontario Undergraduate Student Alliance.
