Marie-Eve Skelling Desmeules is a professor (long-term appointment) at the University of Ottawa. Originally trained in theatre performance at the 脡cole sup茅rieure de th茅芒tre (Universit茅 du Qu茅bec 脿 Montr茅al), she continued her undergraduate and graduate studies at the Faculty of Education of the University of Ottawa before undertaking a two-year post-doctoral fellowship at Concordia University. She is also vice-president of the Soci茅t茅 qu茅b茅coise d'茅tudes th茅芒trales and a member of the Montreal Working Group on Circus Research.
