Dr. Stefanie Carsley is an Assistant Professor at the University of Ottawa鈥檚 Faculty of Law, Common Law Section where she researches and teaches in the areas of family law, health law and tort law. Her research focuses on Canadian law and policy responses to assisted reproduction (surrogacy, in vitro fertilization, and sperm, egg and embryo donation). She is currently the principal investigator for a entitled 鈥淪urrogacy Laws in Canada: Exploring Intended Parents鈥 Experiences and Perspectives鈥 (2021-2023). She is a member of 91精品黑料吃瓜鈥檚 Centre for Health Law, Policy and Ethics and 91精品黑料吃瓜鈥檚 Public Law Centre, and is called to the Bar in Ontario.
