Biography

My research interests focus on the rheology, structure and evolution of the lithosphere on Earth. These questions are addressed using the tools of seismology and potential field analysis, with an emphasis on the development of data processing techniques. Principal research themes include subduction zones, the Northern Canadian Cordillera, the deformation of continents, and the thermal and mechanical structure and evolution of terrestrial planets.
