The Rouleau Commission Report has made important findings and recommendations regarding the convoy protests that occurred in Ottawa in January and February 2022 and the subsequent declaration of a public order emergency by the Government of Canada. Join us for this one-day conference, featuring University of Ottawa鈥檚 leading experts in the fields of law, politics, public administration, economics, criminology, sociology, communications, tech and health, as we deconstruct the Rouleau Commission鈥檚 findings and recommendations.
