You are encouraged to use the International SOS Assistance App with your 91精品黑料吃瓜 email address to add your international trips. The app is available for both and devices.
The quickest way to add your details is to click on My Trips-Start Adding Your Trips-Accommodation to enter the destination address and dates.
You may also register your details through the with your 91精品黑料吃瓜 email address. This option is only available in English for now.
Registering will enable you to receive pre-departure advice, automated travel alerts and up to date security and medical information based on your location. You may use the app to contact International SOS for advice and support.
Alternatively, you may email [email protected] to request a spreadsheet to share trip details. This is the best way to include several travellers and/or destinations at the same time. If you plan to include other travellers, please ensure that all travellers consent to their travel information being shared with International SOS.
Insurance
For employees who are covered by our Group Insurance Plan - Healthcare
Our Canada Life Group Insurance Plan (Healthcare) includes out-of-country emergency medical coverage. When traveling outside of Canada, the insurance will only cover medical supplies or services that would be eligible for reimbursement in Canada, up to the amount Canada Life considers reasonable compared with prices generally charged in the area where the expenses are incurred. Canada Life will not pay for non-emergency services (diagnostic tests or routing medical exams) that are provided while out-of-country, as these would normally be covered by provincial health care plans if rendered in the province of residence. All emergency out-of-country medical expenses are subject to a $ 5,000,000 CAD lifetime maximum for each covered person. For extended periods out of country (+6 months) our plan requires that you confirm with your provincial health insurance that your coverage continues for the entire period you are abroad.
Please ensure you have a copy of your Canada Life benefits card for any trip abroad, the phone numbers in the event of a medical emergency are located on the back of your benefits card. You can download a digital version from the website. You can also save your card to your mobile device with the My Canada Life at Work app. In the event of a medical emergency, it is extremely important to call Canada Life, establish a file (illness, accident) and have the insurance company arrange payment directly with medical providers.

Exclusions
Our Canada Life insurance does not cover the following:
- Trip cancellation or trip interuption insurance
- Costs associated with travel delays (food or accommodation)
- Your personal effects (luggage)
